Terms of Service

campAIgn plans, creates, and publishes marketing content for your business. It works against the services you choose to connect — your website, Google Search Console, your social accounts, and your CRM. Using campAIgn means agreeing to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

You need an account to use campAIgn, and you are responsible for what happens under it — including keeping your sign-in secure and making sure anyone you give access to follows these terms. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must have the right to act for the business whose accounts you connect.

campAIgn only touches a service after you explicitly connect it, and only within the permissions that connection grants. You can disconnect any service at any time in Profile → Connections, which deletes the stored credentials. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of each service you connect.

campAIgn uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or using any campAIgn feature that reads from or publishes to YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke campAIgn's access to your Google and YouTube data at any time through the Google security settings page.

You own the business information you put into campAIgn and the content it generates for you. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — storing your content, sending it to the AI models that draft it, and publishing it to the destinations you approve. We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

campAIgn drafts content and can publish it to channels you connect, but you decide what goes out. You are responsible for what gets published under your brand — including its accuracy and its compliance with advertising rules and the policies of each platform. AI-generated drafts can be wrong; review before you approve.

Don't use campAIgn to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or infringing; to impersonate someone else; to send spam; or to abuse a connected platform's API or work around its limits. We may suspend an account that does, and we may act immediately where a connected platform requires it.

campAIgn depends on external services — hosting, AI providers, and every platform you connect. Those can fail or change without notice, so the service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of any particular marketing result. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using campAIgn and delete your account at any time; deleting it removes your content, connections, and analytics. We may end or suspend access for a breach of these terms, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

If these terms change materially, the effective date above changes with them and active customers are notified in-app. Continuing to use campAIgn after that means accepting the updated terms.
