What campAIgn is

campAIgn creates and publishes marketing content for your business. To do that, it connects — only when you explicitly connect them — to services you already use: your website (WordPress), Google Search Console, social platforms, and GoHighLevel.

What we collect

Your account identity (name, email) through our sign-in provider; the business profile you write (company details, brand voice, audience); content you generate; and, for each service you connect, the credentials or tokens that connection requires plus the data it returns (for example, Search Console keyword performance for your own site).

Google user data, specifically

When you connect Google Search Console or YouTube, campAIgn receives an OAuth token limited to the permissions listed below — it asks for nothing else, and it can only ever reach the properties and channels your own Google account already controls.

  • webmasters.readonly — read-only Search Console access. Used to show your site's own search performance inside campAIgn and to generate your daily SEO brief. Read-only: campAIgn cannot change anything in your Search Console.
  • youtube.readonly — read-only channel access. Used to identify which channel you are connecting and show it back to you.
  • youtube.upload — used solely to publish video content that you have reviewed and approved to your own channel. Nothing is ever uploaded without your explicit approval of that specific piece of content.

Google data is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models, and never shared with third parties except the processors that host campAIgn (listed below). campAIgn's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

campAIgn uses YouTube API Services; the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply to that use. You can review and revoke campAIgn's access to your Google and YouTube data at any time at Google's security settings page.

How credentials are stored

OAuth tokens and connection credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) in our database and are readable only by campAIgn's server. Disconnecting a service in Profile → Connections deletes its stored credentials; you can also revoke access from the provider's side at any time (for Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access).

Who processes your data

campAIgn runs on Fly.io and Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Clerk (sign-in), and Anthropic (AI content generation — your business profile and drafts are sent to generate content; Anthropic does not train on this API data). Each processes data only to provide the service.

Retention and deletion

Your data persists while your account is active. Deleting a profile deletes its content, connections, and analytics; deleting your account removes everything. Email hello@buildari.ai for deletion requests or any privacy question.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it and active customers are notified in-app.
